A well-established and rapidly expanding construction consultancy is seeking an ambitious Quantity Surveyor to join their Leatherhead office.

The Quantity Surveyor's Role

The successful Quantity Surveyor will join a friendly and knowledgeable team delivering both pre- and post-contract services across a diverse portfolio that includes residential, commercial, heritage, education, and healthcare projects. Projects typically range from 500k to 20m+ in value, offering a great balance of technical challenge and variety.

The Quantity Surveyor - Requirements

3+ years (ideally) experience in a Consultancy / PQS firm
Pre & Post Contract Experience
RICS Accredited degree (ideally BSc or MSc in Quantity Surveying)
Able to commute to Leatherhead office 3x days a week
MRICS or committed to achieving
Client-facing, proactive, and confident in a team environment
